Here’s how to avail of Inpatient Benefits
Obtain Doctor’s Order from the InLife Benefits Hospital Coordinator (HC) and/or accredited Specialist.
Member proceeds to an accredited hospital's Admission Unit & presents InLife Benefits Membership Card, Admitting Order, Company ID and PHIC Form.
If confinement is elective, we highly encourage requesting for a Letter of Authorization ahead of your scheduled hospitalization. You may request LOA thru the InLife Benefits Member Mobile App.
If no prior issued LOA, the hospital will contact the InLife Benefits Call Center to report the admission details. InLife Benefits Call Center will send the approved LOA to the hospital or clinic via email.
Please note that coverage will be based on your Plan's Benefits.
The hospital will contact InLife Benefits to advise of the member’s discharge.
Member settles charges in excess of his/her benefits, only if applicable.
