Emergency Availment
Here’s how to avail of Emergency Benefits
Go to the nearest accredited hospital's ER and present your InLife Benefits Membership Card.
Please note that your virtual card, found on the InLife Benefits Member Mobile App, is acceptable; hence, no need for a physical one. Some facilities, also, require one (1) valid government ID so kindly bring one upon visit.
ER Physician shall proceed with initial evaluation and treatment of your emergency case.
Facility will be in-charge of contacting InLife Benefits for verification of membership and coverage.
Once done with the review and evaluation, Letter of Authorization will be sent to the facility / hospital.
If the member is discharged after ER availment, they must sign the ER Form to confirm the services received.
If ER Physician deems the need for the Member to be admitted, Inpatient Availment Process will be followed.
Member settles charges in excess of his/her benefits, only if applicable.
