From the Dental Network list, contact your preferred dentist / provider for an appointment.
Kindly check with them if they have any scheduling policy such as appointment basis only or first come, first serve basis.
Go to your preferred clinic based on your appointment schedule.
Present your InLife Benefits Member Card. Please note that your virtual card will suffice and no need for a physical one.
Avail of the dental treatment or consultation you need.
