Therefore, we will process your personal data to assess your job application. The legal basis for this processing is to evaluate your application in order to undertake the steps prior to concluding an employment contract with you, if you are deemed the best fit for the position.

In particular, we use your personal data to:

To ensure compliance with applicable anti-financial crime laws (e.g., mandatory screening of candidates before onboarding), we may also need to process your personal information to comply with legal or regulatory provisions.

InLife Benefits also relies on legitimate interest as the lawful basis on which we collect and use your personal data. Our legitimate interest lies in the pursuit of recruiting the most suitable talent and maintaining your profile for future opportunities. We may also contact you regarding new positions that resonate with your expertise and career aspirations, aiming to facilitate your journey towards finding the perfect job fit. Rest assured, we prioritize upholding your fundamental rights throughout our processes, ensuring your privacy and dignity are always respected.

In some circumstances, we may request your consent to process your personal data in a particular way. If we are processing your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time (privacy@inlifebenefits.com.ph).

At InLife Benefits, one of our core principles is the Human Touch. This means that we do not make decisions based solely on automated processing; human intervention is always and exclusively involved before any decision is made regarding your job application.

We store files containing personal information in our computers and servers located in the Philippines, which are kept in a secure environment. We may also store your personal information with cloud-based third-party data storage providers (those providers will not have access to your Personal Data). We shall ensure that proper measures are adopted to protect your information before sharing it.

Inlife Benefits will only transfer your Personal Data where it is strictly required or necessary to satisfy the purpose for which the personal data was collected.

Please note that the primary team responsible for processing your Personal Data will be internal stakeholders, namely, relevant individuals involved in the recruitment process such as hiring managers, interviewers, and HR personnel, who will assess talents.

Additionally, InLife Benefits may engage recruitment agencies or headhunters to assist in the recruitment process, especially if your candidacy has been submitted through them.

Furthermore, your data may be shared with third-party service providers, such as background check providers and anti-financial crime screening providers.

These third parties may be located outside of the Philippines. In any case, the transfer of your personal data will be performed in compliance with the applicable laws and international agreements in force, as well as on the basis of appropriate and suitable safeguards. As an example, our service providers are required to protect your personal information in a manner that is consistent with InLife Benefits’ privacy principles, policies and best practices.

Additionally, where required by law, we may need to share it with legal and regulatory authorities.
