Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides feedback to concerned departments with regard to accuracy of utilization experience
- Prepares the Claims Analysis to be forwarded to Sales Department
- Recommend further analysis for accounts with high utilization experience
- Address queries and/or concerns of internal and/or external customers
Qualifications
- Preferably, with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, and/or actuarial science; or a bachelor’s degree with a significant number of units in mathematics
- Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures including data analysis tools/software’s ranging from MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, among others
