Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up client details and benefit schedule in MAS for new and renewed accounts.
- Uploading of member records in Assistance System (MAS)
- Prepares initial/renewal premium billing in MAS
- Prepares supplemental premium billing in MAS
- Prepares billing for ASO/TPA
- Prepares billing for Non-Premiums (Retainers fee and Network fees, Dental fees, if necessary
- Client service and reconciliation
- Undertakes all other tasks/projects that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Education: College graduate with a degree in any business-related course
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience
- Billing and/or Collection related work experience
